1. About this Policy

This page describes how returns, refunds and warranty claims are handled for products sold through DABCE Shop.

The complete legal terms are set out in the DABCE AB Terms & Conditions.

2. Right of Withdrawal

Private consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable distance selling legislation.

The withdrawal period begins on the day the product is received by the customer or the customer's representative.

Customers must contact DABCE AB before returning any product.

3. Non-Returnable Products

The right of withdrawal does not normally apply to:

• Customized systems
• Project-specific solutions
• Made-to-order products
• Products manufactured according to customer specifications
• Programmed or configured automation equipment
• Installed or commissioned systems
• Customized OWTS™ systems
• Customized ModuPure™ systems

Returns are generally not accepted for opened chemicals, consumables, filter media, UV lamps removed from original packaging or other products that can no longer be resold.

4. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the product must be returned in substantially unchanged condition.

The product must be complete with accessories, documentation and original packaging where applicable.

Products that have been installed, commissioned, modified, integrated into process facilities, connected to piping systems or otherwise placed into service are generally not eligible for return except where required by mandatory law.

5. Return Procedure

Contact DABCE AB at contact@dabce.se to initiate a return.

Please provide the order number, product information and reason for the return.

Products may not be returned without prior approval from DABCE AB.

6. Refunds

Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received, inspected and approved by DABCE AB.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.

The customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or agreed separately.

7. Warranty Claims

If a product is defective or damaged, a warranty claim should be submitted as soon as the issue is discovered.

Business customers must report defects within a reasonable time after discovery.

DABCE AB may, at its discretion, repair, replace or credit the defective product.

8. Shipping Damage

Visible shipping damage should be documented immediately upon delivery.

Photographs should be taken where possible and submitted together with the claim.

Shipping damage should be reported within 7 calendar days of receipt.
