ModuPure™ Property 50

ModuPure™ Property 50 is a complete water treatment module for apartment buildings, housing associations, rental properties, schools, hotels and small commercial facilities. It is sized for about 50 population equivalents (PE) and built on proven industrial components, with reliability, simple maintenance and long service life in focus.

Water first passes sediment filtration to reduce sand, rust and suspended particles. Activated carbon (GAC) then reduces odour, taste issues and organic compounds. Two UV units provide chemical-free disinfection, and a final safety filter captures particles from downstream components.

The module is factory-assembled on a skid, with bypass valves and standardised connections.
