ModuPure™ Property 50 is a complete water treatment module developed for apartment buildings, housing associations, rental properties, schools, hotels and small commercial facilities. The system is designed for approximately 50 population equivalents (PE) and is based on proven industrial components, focusing on reliability, simple maintenance and long service life. Water first passes through sediment filtration to reduce sand, rust and suspended particles. Activated carbon filtration (GAC) then helps reduce odors, taste issues and organic compounds. Two UV disinfection units provide chemical-free treatment before the water finally passes through a safety filter designed to capture any potential particles originating from downstream system components. The module is factory-assembled on a skid with integrated bypass valves and standardized connections for straightforward installation and maintenance.
